Refund Policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, clean and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take extra time to post the refund.
